Peter studied at the renowned Culinary Institute of America, produced stunning entrees at the celebrity-filled Elaine’s in New York City and brought an unprecedented level of casual sophistication to the Northern Valley at his beloved Café Café in Tenafly.
Now Chef Peter is turning his attention to the spacious and beautifully reappointed Griffin’s in Cresskill. His menu features the freshest and healthiest ingredients, including locally grown organic vegetables, fish from the Fulton Street Fish Market and the most succulent meats, ribs and chops.
